WHAT IS HYPNOSIS GOOD FOR?

The state of hypnosis allows easy access to these unconscious resources that generate profound changes.

ABOUT THE SESSION:
No single session is like another, as consultations are tailored to your individuality and adapting the tool to your specific needs. However, there is often first a discussion to find out what you really want, what you need, what brought you here.
Then, an induction: this is the moment when you quietly enter into a trance through a relaxation phase, with your eyes open or closed, standing or sitting comfortably depending on what suits you best.
Then, you don’t have much to do, it’s your unconscious that will work. The trance state itself lasts about 30 minutes.
Depending on the objective, I propose a minimum of 5 sessions to facilitate the person’s connection with his or her unconscious and body, and to better identify his or her modes of functioning.
The first session varies between 1h30 and 2h.
The following sessions are of one hour.
