The Breath Between Souls at Canela, Art Studio . Munich Germany

Every time I travel in service of what my soul has been entrusted to share, I leave with the quiet certainty that I receive far more than I could ever offer. What begins as a breathwork gathering inevitably becomes something much older, a remembrance woven through friendship, reciprocity, shared laughter, unexpected encounters, and the ancient whispers that seem to arrive whenever hearts gather with sincerity. It is in those unscripted moments, in the spaces we resist filling, that life reveals its greatest artistry. Releasing the need to control allows each encounter to become unrepeatable, and I suspect that is where my Sagittarius heart feels most at home: trusting the unknown, remaining available to wonder, and allowing every journey to surprise me once again.
This time, I had the privilege of witnessing the transformation of a dear friend, the courage of those who entrusted us with their breath, the quiet strength of my husband walking beside me, and the grace of a space that held us all so tenderly. These experiences gently remind me that we are, above all, spiritual beings navigating a human experience, and that practices such as breathwork exist to rekindle the spark of spirit already alive within us. That light was beautifully reflected through the eyes of Seigrid, a forest fairy in every sense, whose sensitivity, vulnerability, and extraordinary gift behind the lens captured not simply images, but moments of inner joy made visible.
As I return home, I find myself once again in relationship with the rituals that continue to shape my path. The sacred resin of copal, whose fragrant tears once fell above me as I rested beneath its tree in the jungle, has become one of my deepest allies in the art of clearing spaces, not only rooms, but hearts, memories, and intentions. This time, its prayers also accompany Canela, the beautiful art studio in Munich lovingly envisioned by Mayra. A place where children are invited to preserve their innate curiosity, expand the way they perceive the world, and discover their own language through colour, texture, movement, and creation. As Canela enters its own season of transformation, Wayra now quietly stands as its guardian, blessing every threshold with the reminder that art, like ritual, has the power to awaken wonder. When beauty, creativity, and reverence remain at the heart of what we cultivate, every space becomes a sanctuary where the spirit is free to remember itself.
